Editorial policy and corrections
The TradeMatches blog helps you understand cards and prepare trades using information you can check. TradeMatches publishes the guides and is their named author.
Sources and scope
For specific rules and procedures, we link relevant rulebooks, databases and help pages when they are used as references. Collection and trading advice offers practical recommendations; not every guide includes an external source list.
A guide addresses the situation described in its title. A format, region, effective date or card version can change the answer. Consult current official documents before entering a tournament or applying a commercial policy.
Authorship and tools
The TradeMatches byline identifies the project responsible for publication. It does not identify a person claiming to be an accredited judge, appraiser or expert. We do not attribute personal testing, qualifications or independent reviews without documentation.
We use AI tools to assist with drafting, translation and preparing site files. Their use does not turn an explanation into an official rule or replace the documents linked in a guide.
Guides have no minimum word quota. Each explanation should answer a specific question with useful steps, comparisons or examples. Invented amounts are labeled as examples, commercial figures need a source and date, and editorial illustrations are distinguished from product photographs or tests.
Review status
Automated checks and AI-assisted preparation do not constitute human review. Existing guides retain their byline and dates; we do not claim that every guide has been reviewed by a human. Pending new editorial versions remain drafts until the reviewer, version, source checks and translation review are documented.
Dates and updates
The publication date belongs to the article. Where a content update is recorded, its date appears separately. A site navigation, design or metadata change does not mean that every rule or commercial policy has been checked again.
Time-dependent prices, figures and terms need context. We do not present a historical reference as a current quote or describe a prediction as a confirmed fact.
Corrections and the app
To suggest a correction, send the URL, section and a verifiable reference to tradematches.es@gmail.com. We will check the case before changing the explanation.
