As of September 24, 2026, PSA Europe's published Standard fee starts at €49.99 per card, with a €900 maximum insured value and an estimated 80–90 business-day turnaround. That is not the total cost from Spain: add outbound shipping, insured return shipping and any optional service. Check the actual submission quote before paying because fees can change.

For two Standard cards, the published base fee would be 2 × €49.99 = €99.98, plus shipping and applicable extras. Do not allocate shipping per card until you know the total. PSA says EU return rates are not yet listed on its postage page and that the exact amount appears during submission. The stated turnaround is not a guaranteed delivery date; transit adds time.

Choose the tier by insured value

PSA asks you to estimate the card's value after grading to determine service level and cover. Consider completed sales of the same printing at several plausible grades, rather than only a PSA 10 scenario. If the estimate exceeds the tier's maximum, choose an appropriate level. PSA explains that it may require a pricing adjustment when a declared value is too low. Read the current insurance terms before shipping.

Prepare the submission

  1. Check PSA Europe's form to confirm that your Spanish address and card type are accepted. You can also compare the all-in cost of an authorized dealer.
  2. Identify each copy by name, set, number, language and version. Photograph both sides and record condition before packing.
  3. Use the sleeve and card holder PSA recommends. Follow its current packaging guidance; avoid tape on the card holder.
  4. Keep the order number, postage receipt and tracking. Confirm who bears risk on each journey and how a claim is handled.

Grading makes sense when authentication, preservation or a potential sale justify the fee and wait. For an everyday play card, suitable sleeves may better solve the problem. No photograph can promise a grade, and a slab does not guarantee a rise in value.

Frequently asked questions

What does one card cost from Spain?

The published Standard fee on September 24, 2026 is €49.99, but outbound and return shipping and extras add to it. The total depends on address, cover and service.

Does the 80–90-day estimate include delivery?

PSA presents it as the Standard service turnaround estimate. Allow for shipping separately and check the estimate when submitting.

Can I use a middleman?

Yes, if you accept their terms. Compare full fees, insurance, tracking and responsibility for loss or damage before handing over a card.

Price recheck and the submission decision

The October 6, 2026 check still shows Standard at €49.99 per card, maximum insured value €900 and an estimated 80–90 working days. This published introductory rate is not an all-in quote or guaranteed completion date. Confirm it in the European submission process.

Write your purpose before shipping: authentication, preservation or sale. For sale, compare several possible grades and total costs rather than assuming a 10. If you need the card for play soon, remember that estimated processing does not cover every logistical step. Keep the actual offer and terms you accept.
